Our core Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured, evidence-based treatment for substance abuse without requiring an overnight stay. Sessions run 12-16 weeks and combine individual, group, and family support to help patients build lasting recovery skills while staying connected to daily life.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions with a licensed clinician give patients focused support to work through the personal challenges behind their substance use, set recovery goals, and track progress in a private, judgment-free setting.

Group Therapy

Guided group sessions connect patients with peers who understand the recovery journey, offering shared accountability, encouragement, and practical coping strategies in both English and Spanish.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Many patients face substance abuse alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Our Dual Diagnosis Treatment addresses both simultaneously, giving patients an integrated plan of care rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Relapse Prevention

Recovery doesn’t end at discharge. Our Relapse Prevention services equip patients with the tools, triggers awareness, and support networks needed to maintain long-term sobriety after completing the program.
