Substance Use Disorder

When substance use becomes difficult to control or begins interfering with health, relationships, work, or daily life, professional support can make a difference. Our 12–16 week outpatient program combines individualized treatment with practical coping skills and support for the underlying factors contributing to substance use.

Alcohol Use Disorder

For some people, drinking can progress from something manageable to a pattern that feels increasingly difficult to change. Treatment includes individual counseling, group therapy, and structured support focused on understanding triggers, developing healthier coping strategies, and preventing relapse.

Opioid Use Addiction

Opioid dependence can affect both the brain and body, making it difficult to stop without the right support. We provide clinical guidance and peer support in a structured outpatient setting to help patients work toward greater stability and recovery.

Prescription Drug
Use Disorder

Prescription medications can sometimes lead to dependence even when use began for a legitimate medical reason. Our team provides individualized, non-judgmental care that helps patients understand their substance use and develop strategies for moving forward.

Cocaine Addiction

Cocaine use can become a difficult cycle, particularly when cravings continue despite consequences to physical health, relationships, or daily responsibilities. Through individual therapy and group support, we help patients identify patterns of use and develop healthier ways to manage triggers and cravings.

Methamphetamine
Addiction

The effects of methamphetamine can extend well beyond substance use, affecting sleep, physical health, mood, and everyday routines. Treatment focuses on managing cravings, establishing healthier patterns, and addressing the factors that can make recovery challenging.

Marijuana/Cannabis
Addiction

Cannabis use may become problematic when it is difficult to cut back or begins interfering with responsibilities, relationships, or overall well-being. Education, therapy, and ongoing support give patients practical tools for changing their relationship with cannabis.

Heroin Addiction

Heroin dependence can have serious physical and psychological effects and may make stopping especially difficult without professional support. Our outpatient program provides compassionate clinical care, structured treatment, and ongoing guidance throughout the recovery process.

Fentanyl Addiction

Because fentanyl is an extremely potent opioid, dependence can present significant challenges and risks. We provide structured clinical support focused on understanding patterns of use, managing triggers, and developing a plan for continued recovery.

Polysubstance Use

Using or becoming dependent on multiple substances can create a more complex set of challenges than focusing on one substance alone. Our dual diagnosis-informed approach brings the different pieces of treatment together through an individualized plan that addresses substance use alongside co-occurring mental health concerns.
