use and co-occurring mental health challenges.

Our Mission

Compassionate Care for a New Path Forward

Built by a nurse to serve the East Bay, we believe every patient deserves accessible, compassionate, and
comprehensive care. Our program is designed for adults 18 and older who are working through substance abuse
and co-occurring mental health challenges.

We want to create a welcoming place. Here, patients can recover without judgment, while gaining the support,
knowledge, and practical tools they need to move forward.
